Understanding the behaviour of spin and current distributions in magnetic structures is at the
heart of condensed matter physics, and developing new detection modalities for the study of
these structures and their emerging phenomena is of paramount importance. We propose the
development of a novel imaging modality that enables concurrent detection of magnetic
moments and their resulting stray magnetic fields using wide-field imaging that employs a
diamond-based magnetometer and has combined magneto-optic detection (e.g. magneto-optic
Kerr effect) capabilities.
